Providing Information and Support to Students, Parents, and Educators

With a 25+ year career as a Teacher and Educational Administrator, Kristin Enriquez, M.A. still loves working with children and their teams. She believes that creating a level playing field between parents and educators allows them to use the systems in place to empower progress in the student they are coming together to support.
With experiences working directly with children who learn differently, coaching parents to better understand how to navigate educational systems, and supporting increased capacity among educational professionals, Ms. Enriquez brings her experience as an educator, school administrator, program author, and the parent of a child with Down syndrome who has been fully included throughout his school experience.
Ms. Enriquez is a national speaker and speaks publicly about various topics related to education, how to increase capacity for all students, the impacts of working memory and why young children benefit from visuals, and other topics related to special education focusing on solutions supported by the law, research, best practice and personal professional experience. She has created a multi- age educational series for parents, which she presents monthly, in addition to select professional development sessions, and monthly webinars.
Her belief is that the way kids learn to live in the world is to be part of it from the beginning, and her understanding of how to create environments and integrate supports for all students at their unique access point, allow her to be an effective supporter of inclusive environments for children of all abilities. She prides herself on providing individualized support to her clients, that is easily applicable through all team members.
Ms. Enriquez is a self- professed "information- junkie, " collector of facts, and committed life- long learner. She is the mother of four children, one of whom has Down syndrome, all of whom keep her guessing, and reminding her that she still has a lot to learn and believing that is life's best adventure.
